This is the problem with public transport, this is the problem with illegal buildings, the problems with the police, Podolsky bridge, which “build” more than 20 years and, of course, a global problem of dirt in the city…”, – writes the author of the movie Oleg Litvin.
The video shows overcrowded buses, broken trolleys that are pushing the passengers, the minibus, which flies off the wheel and ugly additions to historic houses, unfinished Podolsky bridge, debris and dirt in Kiev.
