On the video there is no sound, however, the video confirms that the border guards keep Russian special services.
We will remind, on October 12, the Russian Federation has charged Ukrainian border guards.
“Detained October 3, 2017 for crossing the border from Ukraine to the Russian Federation servicemen of the State border service of Ukraine in the framework of earlier instituted criminal case under part 3 of article 322 of the criminal code (illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation) charged with”, – stated in the message.
