Well-known artist Sergey Elkin in the new cartoon has depicted the training of Russian President Vladimir Putin for Halloween.
The picture Putin heads to the entrance to the mausoleum of the Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, which is located on the red square in Moscow.
Above the entrance to the mausoleum is the inscription “Lenin” written “Hallein”, and on the building lined with Halloween pumpkins.
