The military intelligence and security of the Netherlands prevented a hacker attack on the part of Russia to the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW).

With such a statement was made on Thursday on a press-conferences the Minister of defence of the Netherlands ANK Bijleveld. According to her version, “the attempted attack was carried out on April 13 during it employees of the Russian special services tried to access the wireless network in the OPCW”, – reports TASS. All four Russians suspected of involvement in the attack, was expelled from the country on the same day, the Minister said. Beyleveld claims that they worked at the Main intelligence Directorate and called them names.

According to her, the attack involved Alexey Morenets, Evgeny Serebryakov Oleg Sotnikov Alexey Minin. In addition, the head of the Dutch defense Ministry said that the UK secret services were able to access various electronic hardware hackers, including laptops and mobile phones.

The Netherlands Ministry of defence released the names of the expelled employees of the GRU of the Russian Federation, Amsterdam suspects in the attempted cyber attacks on the servers of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW).

According to the data revealed by the Minister of defence of the Netherlands ANK Bijleveld is Alexey Morenets (born in 1997), Evgeniy Serebryakov (1981), Oleg Sotnikov (1972) and Alexey Minin (1972).
