“10.04.2019 authorized person of the National Bureau pursuant to the decision of the investigating judge of Solomensky court of Kiev from 02.04.2019 in the case included information in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the crimes provided by part 1 of article 364, part 1 of article 210 of the Criminal code,” – said in response to the NAB to the Agency.
The Bureau added that now on this fact pre-judicial investigation.
Recall that the Solomensky regional court of Kiev ordered the NAB to open a case on Parubiy almost a month ago.
