“The big plan” allegedly “entered into an active phase” last week.
National anti-corruption Bureau believes that last week in Ukraine began to implement a “big plan”, whose main objective is the destruction of NABOO and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office.

Statement of NABOO caused by the registration in the Verkhovna Rada of the draft law, which gives deputies the right to dismiss the Director of the Bureau without audit.
“We stress that in the case of the adoption of this bill will be dealt a devastating blow to the independence of the new anti-corruption bodies and those achievements in the fight against corruption, which they managed to achieve, despite the systemic resistance of the ruling elites. Unfortunately, there is a high probability that the bill may be adopted soon. We are convinced that these steps are part of a larger plan, which entered the active phase last week, whose main objective is the destruction of NABOO and the ARS, the blocking of investigations into top officials and the release of top corrupt officials from liability”, – said in a statement.
NABU requests of people’s deputies instead of the adoption of this law to focus efforts on the early establishment of an independent anti-corruption court and granting the Bureau the right to Autonomous listening.

One of the authors of the document, the head of the BPP Arthur Gerasimov said that the need to give the chance to deputies within two weeks to develop and submit alternative draft laws.
