The Ministry of interior in 2015, bought backpacks, the cost of which is estimated at UAH 500. Thus, the estimated cost is $ 2900 UAH, said the Director of NABU Sytnyk during report at the meeting of the anti-corruption Committee of the Parliament.
“Contract cost for one backpack was $ 2900 UAH. Further, the entire amount of the tender, more than 14 million UAH, were transferred to the enterprises with signs of fictitiousness. The movement of these funds, these enterprises in the course of the investigation were tracked. In the future these funds were cashed, but if it was not purchased backpacks, it sticks out this scheme”, – said Sytnik.
According to him, the backpacks were made in the handicraft way in established by a consequence.
“According to the expert, their value (backpacks, – ed.) is 500 UAH”, – said the head of NABOO.
