The national Bank of Ukraine registered the Bank group NG Ukraine (Kiev).
This is stated in the message NBU.
Controller group is ING Bank N. V. (the Netherlands). In the Bank group included Bank ING Bank (Ukraine), and ING Leasing (Ukraine).
The decision on registration was made on 1 September.
100% ING Bank Ukraine shares owned by ING Bank N. V. (the Netherlands). According to NBU, July 1, in terms of assets the Bank takes the 20th place (9.7 billion UAH) among 88 active banks.
