The draft regulation provides for non-Bank financial institutions in the Bank to open a separate hryvnia account.
The national Bank of Ukraine has developed a draft, which the regulator proposes to strengthen control over the operations of non-Bank financial institutions and commercial agents of banks for the acceptance of cash for its further transfer.

As noted, the draft resolution envisages the introduction of charges for non-Bank financial institutions and commercial agents of banks to open a Bank a separate account and provide for the crediting of cash in UAH, adopted by them for its further transfer.
