This draft law is developed by the NBU and the experts of the European Commission
The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is close to finalizing the draft law of Ukraine “About currency” that would replace government decree of 1993.
The national Bank promised to publish it within two months.
“Work on the draft law “On currency” is almost complete. In accordance with the schedule, the first draft law will be tabled this summer,” – said on the website of the Central Bank.
Recall the draft law “On currency” developed by the national Bank, together with experts from the European Commission.
Currently, the main legal act regulating the foreign exchange market is the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers “On system of currency regulation and currency control” from 1993.
