“According to the NBU, the cessation of trade with the uncontrolled territories will lead to a loss of 1.3 percentage points in GDP growth (will be partially compensated by better external conditions) and the growth of the current account deficit at 1.8 billion dollars. According to the regulator, the negative impact of the termination of trade with the uncontrolled territories and the seizure of the Ukrainian enterprises on financial stability was moderate, but risks remain to the end of the year and in the first place, will be associated with the growth of the current account deficit of the balance of payments and the possible pressure on the hryvnia .

In this case, noted in the NBU, the banking sector does not bear the direct losses, almost all of the loan companies with production facilities in the occupied territories are reserved properly.

Recall, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman said that because of the blockade of Donbass, Ukraine has lost 1% of GDP.
