The businessman have killed from the gun of his companion after a quarrel in the center of Moscow, criminal case is brought.
According to investigators, the evening of 19 April near office center on the street Simonovsky Val in Moscow between the former partners are having financial disagreements. During the argument the suspect at least five times shot his friend. The victim with gunshot wounds was immediately taken to hospital where from the received traumas has died.
“A criminal case against 59-year-old man. He is suspected of committing crimes under part 1 of article 105 of the RF criminal code (murder) and part 1 of article 222 (illegal arms trafficking),” — said in the message.
The suspect was arrested at the scene by the security guard of the victim and handed over to law enforcement officials.
A law enforcement source said that the message about the shooting came in Wednesday at 21.10.
The deceased man was 62 years.
