In turn, the family’s lawyer Kalinichenko Stanislav Ivanitsky, who is also the representative of the community of bikers, assured that he will make every effort to ensure that the arrow does not change the measure of restraint, and his wife also appeared before the law as the initiator of a traffic conflict, ended in the death of a person.
“I hope that the investigation will be objective. And that the result will correctly establish the degree of fault of the driver Seat, causing the procedural status of this woman changed from witness to suspect. Because by doing so she actively contributed to the Commission of murder and, of course, is complicit in the crime,” he concluded.
