Non-faction MP Yuriy Levchenko threw a smoke grenade at the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada. The incident occurred when the Parliament was considering a bill to extend for a year the law On special order of local government in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
“Would have burned this Parliament, if it would make unconstitutional the laws,” – commented on his act MP.
Levchenko also said that he will do such in the future.
