The Deputy from “popular front” Maxim Polyakov is still not surrendered nor foreign or diplomatic passport.
The Solomensky district court of Kiev prolonged the term of validity of the procedural obligations imposed on the people’s Deputy Maxim Polyakov, up to two months.
“The court ruled the prosecutors of SAP to satisfy. To extend the obligations imposed on the suspect M. Polyakov, for two months, until 17 October,” said an investigating judge.
The MP, who is accused of bribery, did not pass a diplomatic or passport and refuses to wear an electronic bracelet, which appointed the court’s decision.
In addition, the court has forbidden to leave without permission of a Prosecutor or investigator from Kiev, however, denied the petition in part the obligation not to leave without the permission of Uman, Cherkasy region.
Himself a civil servant said that such action would hinder his work.
