The most popular mayor in Ukraine

Most of all happy with my mayor of Kharkiv.

The mayor of Kharkiv Kernes Hennadiy is the most popular mayor in Ukraine: his actions supported by 72% of Kharkiv.

This is evidenced by the data of poll of the sociological group Rating.

On the second and third places in terms of public satisfaction with the work of the mayor was mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil – Ruslan and Sergey Martsinko Nadal respectively. Their work is supported by 71% and 68% of the residents.

Most of all unhappy with their mayors, residents of Severodonetsk (21%), Poltava and Kherson (20%), which was on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th place respectively.

At the same time, residents of Vinnitsa, Lviv and Kharkiv more than others are proud of their cities. The index of sense of pride in the above of the city amounted to 2.5 from 3 possible. A little less (2,4) are proud of their city, the inhabitants of Lutsk, Uzhgorod, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. Followed with an index of 2.3 residents of Sumy, Rivne, Odessa, Dnieper and Odessa.

The residents of Kiev, Poltava, Chernigov and Cherkassy, the index of sense of pride for the city is 2.2. In Zaporizhia, Khmelnytsky, Mariupol and Nikolaev are proud of the city’s 2.1, and in the Zhytomyr and the city – 2.0. On the last positions of the rating of pride for the city residents Kropiwnicki and Kherson (1,9).

The survey was conducted from 20 January to 21 February 2017 22 regional centers of Ukraine (excluding the occupied territories in the Donbas and the Crimea), as well as in the cities of Mariupol and Severodonetsk. The survey involved more than 19 thousand respondents, the statistical error for each city does not exceed ± 3,5%.
