The budget of the film resulted in 197 million euros
The film’s budget amounted to 197 million euros. Previously the most expensive film considered “Asterix at the Olympic games” in 2008 with a budget of 78 million euros. On the painting “Valerian and the city of a thousand planets” worked only the French, although in the film speak English.
The picture, where the main role was played by Cara Delevingne and Dane Dehaan, tells the adventures of space special agents who became unwitting participants in an intergalactic conspiracy. The film also starred singer Rihanna, Clive Owen, Ethan hawke, and Rutger Hauer.
