The Moscow metro will allow passengers to pay for travel rings

The experiment at several stations.

Moscow metro will launch the sale of silicone bracelets and ceramic rings with the chip card to pay the fare at the end of October. This told the Deputy mayor, head of the Moscow Department of transport Maxim Liksutov reported on the website of the Moscow mayor.

“In October at the station “Pushkinskaya” and at the gift shops at metro stations “Mayakovskaya” and “tube” passengers will be able to purchase rubber bracelets with functionality of the card. The bracelets are presented in a classic black color and in colors of some subway lines. In the pilot project, their circulation will be 500 pieces,” he said.

Metro will also release black ceramic rings for fare — their edition will be 500 pieces. For men provided by ring size 22, and for women — 16 size.
