Flight to the moon will allow us to understand the processes of the origin of life on Earth
New expedition to the moon is simply necessary for a better understanding of the processes of formation of Earth and origin of life on its surface, according to American scientist, the head of the Center for lunar science at the Lunar and Planetary Institute David Kring.
In his opinion, the study of the natural satellite, and eventually Mars, are extremely important to science. The astronomer is confident that the lunar soil and asteroids from the moon’s surface can give researchers answers to many unanswered questions. Kring believes that this expedition will be of interest not only to astrophysicists but also to biologists, who will also be able to find out many new, previously unknown science facts.
Previously, scientists came to the conclusion that attempts to colonize the moon can be extremely dangerous to humans. The researchers believe the huge risk of collision with asteroids or space debris of the ships sent to the Earth.
In addition, the experts recalled that the environment on the lunar surface is not suitable for human existence without artificial means of sustenance.
