The Ministry of justice demanded to liquidate the movement “For human rights” Lev Ponomarev

The justice Ministry filed a lawsuit in court demanding to eliminate the movement “For human rights” Lev Ponomarev. This is stated in the documents published on the website of the organization.

The document says that “the movement is subject to liquidation in a judicial order”. As justification for this decision, the Ministry of justice leads to “repeated violations of the organization articles of the administrative code related to the law on foreign agents”.

In February human rights movement Lev Ponomarev “For human rights” recognized “foreign agent”. This decision was made by the Ministry of justice on the results of unscheduled inspections of the organization. What actually can be linked to this decision, Ponomaryov earlier told The Insider.
