To do this, Ukraine will create a National health service, which will transfer the money to hospitals for services rendered. This will affect the salaries of doctors. “Bill No. 6327 the tariff laid the remuneration of health workers is not less than 250% of the average wage in Ukraine in July of the year preceding the year in which to apply the tariff. If the tariff was approved in 2017, it would be 13 400 UAH without taxes,” – said in the message Department.
The Ministry of health will refuse the pay scale. Salaries in municipal hospitals will be formed freely. That is, each health worker will negotiate with the management of health facilities about the level of wages, as is happening in private clinics.
