The logbook talks of a time of Euromaidan destroyed.
In the Geprokuraturoy declared the destruction of the Ministry of defence log, secret phone talks leadership during Euromaidan. This is stated in the decision of the court on January 31.
The Prosecutor General’s office investigates the circumstances of the organization and conduct of the 18 and 19 February 2014 of anti-terrorist operation in the Central part of Kiev forces, the personnel of security service and interior Ministry.
“The pretrial investigation established that for preparation and conduct of the planned illegal anti-terrorist operation in the Central part of Kiev were engaged forces and means of the Armed forces of Ukraine. For communication between themselves and the organization of the use of forces and means of the APU, the former heads of the Ministry of defence of Ukraine and General staff of the armed forces in January-February 2014 used funds open and closed relations”, – said in a court document.
Fixing telephone conversations were carried out on the switches open and secure communications in the logs of telephone conversations of subscribers.
According to the letter of the military unit А0106 of the Ministry of defence, dated 13 January 2017 in January-February 2014 the switch open when the Ministry was conducted in the appropriate log book negotiations, which as the moment is available.
“At the same time, a register of negotiations, which were conducted in 2014 at the switchboard secure communication, is already destroyed”, – stated in the definition.
