Religious organizations shall, within three months to amend its Charter change.
The Ministry of culture has published a list of religious organizations (associations) which fall within the scope of parts 7 and 8 of article 12 of the law “On freedom of conscience and religious organizations” that want to make changes to its statutes (regulations) regarding the names of organizations.
It is noted that the list of religious organizations (religious communities, administrations and centers, monasteries, religious brotherhoods, missionary societies (missions), religious educational institutions) based on the results of religious expertise.
Under these articles, the law covers organizations that are part of such religious communities: the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (in unity with the Russian Orthodox Church (UOC), Russian (Russian) True Orthodox Church (RTOC), the Russian (Russian) old believers Church, a different name – the old Orthodox Pomor Church (DPC), Russian (Russian) old Orthodox Church, Russian (Russian) Orthodox old believe Church (rpsts).
According to the report, these religious organizations shall, within three months to amend its Charter (position) the amendments provided for by part 7 of article 12 of the law of Ukraine “On freedom of conscience and religious organizations” and submit them for registration in the prescribed manner.
“Full text of religious expertise on this issue due to the large amount of information will be posted on the official Internet website of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine”, – said in the message.
