“Only a strong global player can put the point in this story. And this is the role of the United States. This may be as a political decision and the military,” — said the expert.

As for the bright Pro-Ukrainian statements of the US special envoy on Ukraine, Kurt Volker, Savchenko believes that public policy does not reflect the real situation.
