“On the scene worked the mobile monitoring group of the Ukrainian side of the JCCC, the officers of which recorded the facts of application by fighters of Minsk agreements prohibited weapons. Subsequently, pyrotechnics DSNs seized explosive items for disposal,” – said in the headquarters.
One of the areas where the shell hit is on the last floor flats, and now not suitable for further accommodation.
“Everything inside the rooms destroyed by the blast. The family who lived here, have children. And the shell got stuck in the wall, punched a hole again in the nursery, where the bed could sleep for children. Fortunately, the owners weren’t home and there were no human losses,” – said in the message.
The Chairman of the military-civil administration in Avdeevka Pavel Malykhin, who along with emergency services worked at the scene, said that the actions of the militants defy all human logic.
“They’re trying to provoke as much destruction and casualties among the civilian population. It defies human logic,” he said.
