There are suspicions that the evaluation and conclusion of the sale of plant defense in Kiev was committed corrupt acts.
Military Prosecutor of the Central region suspects corrupt practices in the assessment and the sale of the premises of the defense plant “Generator” in Kiev, Novokonstantinovskaya str.
Law enforcement authorities established that officials of the Executive service of Obolon district Department of justice in Kiev, with a recovery of SE plant “Generator” of wage arrears, sold to private owner for 9 million 380 thousand UAH administrative building of the plant on the street Novokonstantinovskaya, 18, with an area of 4 thousand 400 square meters. Thus, the price per square meter of real estate near the historic Podil totaled not even $ 100 (2 of 110 thousand UAH.).
The state property Fund has determined that the report does not meet the requirements on valuation and could affect the sale price of the building of the plant.
The Prosecutor’s office started criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 384 (false appraiser’s report on valuation of property in the course of execution proceedings) and part 2 St. 367 (office negligence which has entailed heavy consequences) the Criminal code.
Informed appraiser is obliged to pay a huge penalty for a wrong evaluation of the building of the Kyiv river port.
