The militants prevented the work of the OSCE mission in Donbass

An armed man has not missed a patrol of the OSCE.

Illegal military formations of the so-called DNR didn’t give the OSCE mission to pass on the uncontrolled Kiev territory of Donetsk region. This has been stated in the report of SMM of the OSCE.

“An armed man refused to patrol missions in the object access in not controlled by the government S. Markino (94 km South of Donetsk). SMM informed the JCCC,” he told the observer.

Also, the OSCE mission could not drive on the roads of secondary importance, passing South of the area breeding in the area of Golden, in connection with the possible presence of mines and unexploded ordnance.

“Armed members of the “LPR” that were on the South side of the area breeding in the area of Golden, informed the observers that the previous day the clearance work was not carried out. The observers decided to move forward unsafe”, – said the representatives of the OSCE SMM.
