According to estimates of the IP, the situation tends to aggravate.
“The most difficult situation in the Northern occupied areas of Luhansk region. Gas stations put a limit on the refueling of gasoline from 10 to 15 liters per unit of private vehicles. The number of gas stations the fuel is absent”, – the expert explained.
