In particular, the command requires willing to break the “contract” fighters “cover the costs” on their preparation and content; in separate subdivisions – up to “reimbursement” for food and material support, and even arms and ammunition”, – said the experts.
According to them, most often these are the requirements for “soldiers” from among the locals, at least – to the Russian mercenaries, causing additional stimulation of local militants.
