The MEP made the controversial statement in Donbass

If I want to go in the Donbass, no one could hinder me, said the MEP.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has asked President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani to prevent the visit of the MEPs of the territory of the Crimean Peninsula and the breakaway republics of Donbass.

The head of Ukraine emphasized that the position of the European Parliament in relation to the preservation of anti-Russian sanctions are very important.

“Nobody will be able to me, people’s Deputy, to prevent to go in the Donbass, if I want to go to the Donbass. I have beliefs, I believe that it is necessary to engage in dialogue, and nobody can stop me”, – commented on the statement of Poroshenko, the Deputy of the European Parliament from France Jean-Luc schaffhauser.
