Construction of “Memorial complex of memory of victims of Holodomor” in Kyiv will cost half a billion hryvnia.
“The main technical and economic indicators the total estimated cost of construction at current prices as 04.09.2017 is 639 million UAH. The construction duration is 24 months”, – reported in the Ministry of culture.
Now the second phase of the National Museum “memorial to victims of Holodomor” is at the stage of preliminary design. For the construction of the second phase in 2018 provides 200 million UAH. It is planned that the Museum will be located in the underground part of the Memorial sign “Candle of Memory”, where visitors will be able to get up the stairs.
Recall the construction of the Memorial complex was planned in two stages. In 2008 implemented only the first stage – the memorial and Museum is not so far.
