Even worse is the situation with ensuring human rights.
Ukrainian journalists published a video about the horrible conditions of the patients in Ukrainian hospitals.
The corresponding video was published “Details” on Youtube.
It is reported that rate of funding the power to the patient even in the best psychiatric hospitals does not exceed 18 USD per day. For example, patients secrete only about 150 grams of bread a day, which was approved by the Ministry of health in 2013.
The best conditions are observed in the psycho-neurological boarding schools, where boarding school gets 75% of the pension of the patient.
Even worse is the situation with ensuring human rights. Patients regularly locked up in “detention centres”, where there is nothing but concrete walls and floor, and tied to their beds, not allowing them to eat or to go to the toilet.
