The mayor is not the first time, falls asleep on the job.
Kaspruk Alex fell asleep at a time when the Prime Minister spoke at the Council for regional development.
The event took place on 24 October in Kiev during a meeting of the regional development Council under the leadership of President Petro Poroshenko.
At a time when the representatives of the regions was made by the Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, the camera lens caught the mayor of Chernivtsi Alex Kaspruk. It turned out that the mayor was dozing under the speech of the head of the Cabinet.
Edition remembered how Kaspruk dozed off once, still being the Deputy of the city Council, during a meeting of the Committee of housing and communal services.
