From food poisoning in a kindergarten “Swallow” in Ivano-Frankivsk suffered for 10 children and 2 adults.
The work of the kindergarten are suspended. The specialists selected for laboratory studies of water samples, raw materials and products from which food was cooked.
Open criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 325 (violation of sanitary rules and regulations for the prevention of infectious and mass poisoning) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Its sanction prescribes punishment from a penalty before restriction of freedom for a term of three years.
