A resident of Dawlish in Devon in the South West of the UK took video of the man floating in the sea during a heavy storm at wind speed of about 30 m/s.
The author of the video Paul Johnson noted that the man was swimming, not drowning.
“Dawlish today. And some crazy guy floating in the sea,” — commented on the events the author of the video.
The footage shows how the water floods the railroad tracks, running along the shore, and then the witness changes the angle and takes the man floating in the water nearby.
The publication notes that the wind speed on this day in Devon reached 30 m/s. In such weather conditions are exceptionally high waves, reaching a height of 11 meters.
