In Lviv, a previously convicted man in the gym was beaten on the head by a Griffon weighing 7 pounds coach. It is reported by local police.
26-year-old victim received serious injuries and were hospitalized in the Department of neurosurgery clinical hospital.
Militiamen established that between the victim and the previously convicted 31-year-old citizen of Lviv there was a conflict, which escalated into a fight. During her attacker grabbed the metal neck rod, weighing 7 pounds and hit coach in the head.
In the result, the latter received injuries and was taken to hospital with a diagnosis of frontal bone fracture, craniocerebral injury and cerebral contusion.
Pre-crime qualified under part 1 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (deliberate heavy injury). The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of five to eight years.
