The majority of Russians (59 percent) believe the most acute problem of the country rising prices. About it writes “Interfax” with reference to the results of a survey conducted by “Levada-center”.
A quarter of people in Russia believe that the most serious problem are the symptoms of the economic crisis, the decline of production in industry and agriculture.
In addition, for the year in Russia in two times increase in the number of those who are afraid of the influx of migrants in 2018, it was ten percent, in 2019 — already 18 percent.
The economic development Ministry in August downgraded the forecast for 2020 on the growth prospects of the Russian economy. Expectations for inflation fell from 3.8 to three percent. The Agency also has lowered expectations for GDP growth — by the end of 2020 it will amount to two percent, as previously assumed, and 1.7 percent.
The Ministry in addition has revised the forecast for change in real disposable income in 2019. Previously, the Agency expected an increase to the damage of the one percent, and in August lowered expectations to near-zero values. Thus, according to Rosstat, falling incomes in Russia for five years.
