The guards read out Saakashvili adminprotokol on illegal border crossing.
The state border service, came to to Mikheil Saakashvili to the hotel, gave him the charge of violating of the law of Ukraine.
We will remind, today in Lviv hotel “Leopolis”, in which he now lives Mikheil Saakashvili, came the representatives of law enforcement agencies. The representative of UKRAINE explained that they were there to “bring the content that the person (Saakashvili) has violated the requirements of applicable law and illegally got on the territory of Ukraine”.
As has told the lawyer of Mikheil Saakashvili, his client is accused under part 2 of article 204 of the “Illegal crossing or attempt of illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine”. The punishment under this article provides for a fine of 200 to 500 tax-free minimumu of citizens (3400 – 8500 hryvnia).
