State lawyer of former President Viktor Yanukovych Vitaly Machacek abandoned his duties as a lawyer.
The corresponding statement he read during the meeting, the Obolon district court of Kyiv on Thursday.
“This is the disclaimer from his duties as a lawyer,” he said.
Machacek noted that no member of the lawyer associations and has no assistants. In this regard, the lawyer believes that will not cope with such a complex matter as the protection of the interests of Yanukovych.
Prosecutors opposed the rejection of headvoice. They noted that earlier Meshechek in the trial did not doubt their competence.
The court went to the consultative room for decision the request of Masachika.
