Russia is responsible for the creation of the terrorist organization “Islamic state”.
In Syria, the Kremlin created the enclave, the only source of income which is trade in crude oil.
This was stated by the mufti of the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Ukraine “Ummah” said Ismagilov.

The mufti noted that candidates for the ISIS militants get to Syria via the established channels. “Somewhere there are large ways in which everyone can get there. Then, being recruited, they are unable to go out to perform tasks,” – he stressed.
Ismagilov also added that all States in the Middle East have positioned themselves as fighters against ISIS, but “someone just declares it”. He focused attention on the fact that it is through the neighbouring country with Syria is the path to the enclave of the terrorists do the resources (people, money, weapons), and from there oil is exported for sale.
