Turchinov wants to recognize the occupation of Donbass by law.
The Russian government does not agree to the proposal of NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov officially recognize the part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions occupied by Russia.
This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
Local officials continue to argue that Russia has not occupied the territory, and the war in the Donbass is domestic conflict.
She (part of the Donbass – 24) not occupied by Russia. Russia does not occupy. It was the internal conflict. I call a spade a spade – this is a civil war which can terminate only the Ukraine, only Kyiv, acting in line with the implementation of the Minsk agreements, – said Peskov.
Recall, the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov believes that the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass should be completed because in this format the occupied territory to free impossible. The politician proposes to move to a new format to protect the country from the hybrid war with Russia to determine at the legislative level the Russian occupation of the territory in the East of Ukraine.
