The Kremlin announced a serious failure of the Minsk agreements.
Russian President Vladimir Putin elaborated on “Russian approaches” on all key issues in today’s telephone conversations with the leaders of Ukraine, France and Germany.

Also, the Russian side declared a “serious failure with the implementation of the Minsk agreements of February 12, 2015”.
