The Kremlin has accused Ukraine of disrupting the Minsk agreements

Lavrov reacted to the statement by Turchynov on the promotion of Ukrainian troops to the East of the country.

So the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov commented on a statement by the Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov on the promotion of Ukrainian troops to the East of the country.
