The Russian government has approved a bill placing Unallocated subsoil Fund on the shelf of the Azov and Black seas near the Peninsula of Crimea at the auctions.
According to him, these areas will relate to subsoil plots of Federal significance.
To develop them will be only the companies with Russian participation over 50%, and the decision on the announcement of the auctions and transfer of licenses for the results of tenders will be taken by the government.
