The economic court of Kiev satisfied the claim of Kyiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 5 and terminated the contract of purchase and sale of land with an area of 5.7 hectares and cost almost 92 million UAH. located in the natural boundary Natalka in the Obolon district.
The contract was signed in 2008 between the Kiev city Council and JSC “Trest “Kyivmiskbud-1”. But the terms of the contract regarding the payment of funds by the company is not fulfilled until now.
Given the gross violation of the law and interests of the territorial community, the Prosecutor’s office appealed to court with the requirement to terminate the contract of purchase and sale of land.
The court found the requirements of the Prosecutor’s office substantiated and granted the claim in full.
