The GPU is preparing documents for extradition of the fugitive judges.
A quick judge of the Dnieper district court of Kyiv Nikolay Chaus addressed to the President of Moldova with a request to grant him political asylum. This was stated by the head of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s office Viorel Morari.
“After receiving the General Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine documents on the extradition of Leadership we are preparing the necessary documents to complete this procedure. However, the defense appealed to the President of Moldova with a request to Nicholas Chaus political asylum,” said Morar.
Recall that Chaus was arrested for 15 days after the voluntary law enforcement bodies about the illegal crossing of the borders of Moldova.
Before this Chaus refused to testify to the Moldovan law enforcement authorities.
