The journal of the defense Ministry “Military collection” published material about the Russian military techniques of combat parapsychology. It is clarified that through such methods the military will be able to penetrate the thoughts of the enemy, and hack computer programs.
“Owning the technology MetaContact may carry non-verbal examination”, — stated in the article “Army collection”. The article also stated that the Russian military already have telepathy, allowing them to read documents from locked safes and do other fantastic things.
Earlier it was reported that the defense Ministry is preparing a special “Arctic” weapons, reminiscent of “Tsargrad”. Missile multiple rocket launchers “Smerch” and “Grad” will defend the Russian Arctic from the attacks of a potential enemy.
