The inhabitant of Kherson, in order not to crash the car, violated traffic rules. For this he was stopped by the police and fined.
The driver Dmitry Slivka shows a hole that got in his way. To enter it he did not dare. Otherwise, it says, repair is inevitable. Dmitry went to another lane. He was immediately stopped by the police.
