The IMF expects that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will support pension, land, privatization and anti-corruption reforms. These are the requirements to allocate Ukraine tranche 5 EFF.
This is stated in the statement of mission of the International monetary Fund in the 10-day operation in Kiev.
The mission noted that he had held fruitful discussions with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities on the issues of pension and land reforms, reviving the privatization and to ensure concrete results of anti-corruption efforts and the need for technical revision of relevant bills and parliamentary support.
The IMF requires technically to finalize the text of bills that they are “consistent with the objective of reforms.”
“Providing parliamentary support for these bills is a necessary step towards the completion of the fourth review (program eff EFF — “24”),” — said in a statement.
