The head of “Ukrzaliznytsya” admitted that he was shocked in Ukraine

He said that what he saw called “cognitive shock”.

The head of the Board of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Wojciech Balczun said that in Ukraine he was faced with the concepts of “looking” for business and “host” is very surprised the official.

He stated this in an interview.

“What I saw brought me to a cognitive shock. If to compare with the work of such companies in Poland and Western Europe, here the system works 100% differently: a different corporate culture, mentality, tradition and a very different legal system. For a foreigner, caught in this reality, it is very difficult,” recalled the first days of work in Ukraine Balcon.

After a few months of work he realized how this system works.

“It is important for them to protect their own interests … We are faced with a difficult situation, and even the seemingly mundane and simple issues,” he added Balcon.
